Date: In-person workshops will take place on Wednesday, the 19th of November 2025, Thursday, the 22nd of January 2026, Tuesday, the 3rd of February 2026, Monday, the 16th of March 2026, and Tuesday, the 14th of April 2026. A 1:1 virtual session will take place at the end of the programme. You must attend every session.

Our CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice programme develops the strategic capability of senior leaders by enhancing their ability to think critically, lead ethically, and manage complex organisational challenges.

This programme consists of three units, which will take place over five classroom sessions (1 per month) and one virtual session:

• Strategic Leadership – this unit focuses on developing the mindset, behaviours, and strategic insight required to lead effectively within complex organisational environments. It explores a broad range of leadership theories, frameworks, and practical approaches to enhance personal and professional impact.         
• Developing Organisational Strategy – this unit enables leaders to critically evaluate strategic drivers and develop robust strategies to meet defined business goals. It covers methods for formulating, implementing, and reviewing organisational strategy in dynamic market environments.
• Leading Strategic Change – this unit prepares leaders to effectively manage strategic change across organisations, departments, and teams. It combines analytical tools, leadership models, and practical planning to ensure successful change initiatives.

The programme will be delivered by the fantastic Jeff Lockhart, Director of St Andrews Management Centre. Jeff has extensive experience in providing training in areas including Project Management, Leadership, and Finance.
