Job Description:
o perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user’s care plan. Provide personal care in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner for all service users, (this may include assisting service users to go to bed, total body washing, in line with procedures, assisting with toileting, dressing and feeding). To create and maintain good communication with service users including those who may have some degree of communication difficulties.
Experience and Qualifications:
To fulfil this role, the perfect candidate needs to be able to cope with pressure and change, must have excellent communication skills along with a caring nature. Being patience and good tempered is essential for this role. The candidate should be professional, polite and attentive always and should always be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly.
