Job Description:
As Area Manager, you will directly manage a growing portfolio of contracts, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and a wider team of Area Managers. This role is based in Edinburgh with travelling to surrounding areas. You’ll lead your teams to deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning services, caring about the detail, building strong client relationships, and driving performance across all sites.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills and the ability to get the best of your teams Strong customer facing experience with a commercial mindset Great organisational skills – you’ll need to manage your time and workload across sites Holder of a full UK driver’s license – essential A confident communicator who can engage with people at all levels both verbally and written Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
