Due to a contract win and expansion we are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Glasgow. The main role will be to complete reactivate maintenance on our social housing property works. The jobs may include small minor repairs to full plastering on houses and rooms getting them ready for new tenets to move into. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Plastering repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

As a Plumber you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Plumbing repairs and refurbishment activities to Commercial properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. You will take ownership in undertaking construction, fault finding and maintenance repairs aiming for a first-time completion whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. Ensure that the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders. You will process all activities in association with tasks/works electronically utilising a handheld device (PDA). This includes, but not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before / during / after, van stock replenishment, vehicle inspections, safeguarding issues, risk assessments and method statements.

Due to contract expansion, we are looking for 2 Electrician's to join our team, you will be apart of the Kitchens and Bathrooms team as Electrical Tester. You will be required to visit void and domestic properties on Day 1 of works being completed by the wider team to check all initial electrical checks and ensure that the property is safe for the works to be completed. You will then revisit the property on day 6 to sign of the electrical works after the trades team have finished. You will tidy up the works, and close of plug sockets. This will be a mix of on site inspections and office based work to complete paperwork and sign off. You must have experience of installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations and knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report.
