Hours / Days Of Work: Working Hours: 3 shifts rotating (must be able to work all 3 shifts – 37.5hrs per week) Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £14.52 per hour

Job Description:
Operate and adjust key production equipment including ovens, rotary moulders, cream mixers, and chocolate enrobers to maintain consistent quality and smooth workflow. Check and set recipes, programs, and safety guards before startup, ensuring all equipment is safe, ready, and compliant. Monitor production lines by checking conveyors, refilling hoppers, maintaining chocolate flow, and reporting any issues early. Carry out regular quality checks, including colour and product standards, while keeping your workspace clean, safe, and well organised. Engage in a structured development plans to enhance your technical skills and qualifications in required areas

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous production experience in a bakery environment is beneficial but not essential—full training is provided. Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and use your own initiative. Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting up to 15kg. Willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment where hygiene and safety are top priorities. Full training will be provided.
