Join this practical session to understand how Graduate Apprenticeships can develop essential talent for the Critical Technologies sector.

The Critical Technologies Supercluster has ambitions to grow to £10bn in revenues by 2035. To support this growth target, it is estimated that the sector will need to create at least an additional 6,600 highly-skilled jobs. The level of job creation will need the sector to explore all available talent pathways - including apprenticeships.

Scotland's talent pool is a significant part of our value proposition when attracting foreign direct investment, setting the country apart from many competitor regions. And that is another key reason why we need to continue to support and invest in our talent pipeline.

In this practical session, you'll discover how Heriot-Watt University is working with industry to help attract and develop the essential skills and talent that the sector needs.
