The University of Strathclyde are delighted to offer a 2-hour in-person interactive workshop for employers who want to gain confidence in hiring neurodiverse people and people with learning disabilities.

The workshop will offer an opportunity to learn about neurodiversity and learning disabilities including key definitions, language, and myth busting.

They will then share advice and support for employers through the hiring process, from advertising roles to supporting employees long-term.

By the end of the session, employers will have increased confidence in hiring and supporting neurodivergent employees and employees with learning disabilities.
