Explore how anti-racist leadership can drive Fair Work by strengthening opportunity and effective voice in organisations

Join on MS Teams for a focused session exploring how anti‑racist leadership can accelerate progress towards Fair Work, with particular emphasis on Opportunity and Effective Voice.

Sandra Kerr, Business in the Community, will present data and insights from the Race at Work Charter and the Race at Work 2025 Survey, highlighting key trends, structural challenges, and practical actions organisations can take to tackle systemic racism.

Pui-Kei Wong / Francesca Malila, CEMVO Scotland will provide insight into common barriers organisations face when embedding anti-racist leadership and how these can be addressed through intentional strategy, policy reform, and leadership accountability.

Guest speaker from NHS 24 will sharing real-world organisational journeys towards anti-racism, including practical examples of transforming systems, policies, and management practices.

Participants will:

  • Increase their understanding of what anti-racist leadership looks like in practice.
  • Identify common structural and cultural barriers to fair progression and voice.
  • Gain practical examples of actions in leaders can take.
  • Identify at least one tangible anti-racist action they can implement within their organisation.
