Procurement Surgery Sessions

Intend Business Development Ltd can run a regular tendering surgery to assist companies (SMEs, Third Sector) with specific procurement advice. Each company will have a 1 hour slot where they will receive practical advice on selected topics, eg,
- Public Contracts Scotland, PCS-Tenders and other tender portals
- Business development for public sector markets – finding opportunities, registering for supplier databases
- How to complete tender forms
- Feedback on tender/pre-qualification/European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) content already submitted
- Writing content for challenging questions
- Policies and standards required for tendering
- Award process and getting feedback
- Any other specific queries that clients wish to discuss
As a result of the surgery meeting, the client can be signposted to workshops, to Supplier Development Programme courses, to suitable suppliers or sometimes to intensive support that will attract funding as well as receiving templates from Intend to help them plan their tender content more effectively.
