Join us for our exciting new workshop that will provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies.
Designed for individuals and teams seeking to improve process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, the course equips learners with the foundational knowledge to identify waste, reduce variation, and drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving frameworks such as DMAIC. Through practical examples and tools, participants will explore how Lean and Six Sigma complement each other to deliver measurable business results.
What Will Be Covered?
- Overview of Lean Six Sigma - Understand the evolution, purpose, and benefits of Lean Six Sigma in modern organisations.
- Identifying Value and Waste - Learn to distinguish between value-added and non-value-added activities, and identify the 8 wastes using real-world examples.
- Mapping and Analysing Processes - Use tools such as SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping to visualise processes and uncover inefficiencies.
- The DMAIC Improvement Cycle - Explore each phase of the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control model for structured problem-solving.
- Measurement Systems and Variation - Learn about process variables, sources of variation, and how to apply statistical thinking to improve process capability.
- Quality and Root Cause Analysis Tools - Apply tools such as Fishbone Diagrams, the 5 Whys, Pareto Charts, and Control Charts to identify and eliminate root causes of problems.
