Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location: Webinar

This event is delivered in partnership with South of Scotland Enterprise and The Poverty Alliance as part of the Fair Work Festival 2026.

Job and income security play an important role in behaviours and attitudes within workplaces. When employees feel secure, they tend to be more engaged, productive and willing to go the “extra mile” for their employers.

In this practical session, discuss how adopting Living Wage, Living Hours and Living Pension standards can reduce staff turnover, support recruitment, and build resilient, values led organisations, delivering measurable benefits for workers and employers alike.

This session will feature:

  • Insight from Living Wage ScotlandRachel Morrison McCormick, Projects Co-ordinator, will unpack the strategic case for Living Wage, Hours and Pensions accreditation and show you how to get started.
  • A Case Study in Action: Susan Brown, HR Manager at Evolution Bottling and Packaging will provide a candid look at implementation, lessons learned, and the organisational wins and tangible impacts of being triple accredited.

This event is for Leaders, HR/People professionals, finance and operations managers, union and workforce reps, and any employer considering accreditation.

Live auto‑captions will be enabled for this event. If you require reasonable adjustments to allow you to participate fully, please let us know when registering.
