Date: In person sessions will take place on Wednesday, the 26th of August, Wednesday, the 9th of September, Wednesday, the 23rd of September, Wednesday, the 7th of October and Wednesday, the 28th of October. This will be followed by a final virtual session on Wednesday, the 11th of November. 
Time: The in person sessions will take place from 10:00am - 4:00pm and the virtual session will take place from 10:00am - 1:00pm.

This exciting development programme has been designed to help managers lead people effectively, communicate with impact and navigate challenges with confidence.

The Confident Manager is a practical and interactive development programme for new and developing managers who want to communicate more clearly, manage people more effectively, feel more confident as a leader, and be altogether better in their role.

It is recommended for:

• First-time managers stepping into leadership responsibility.
• Team leaders and supervisors developing their management capability.
•  Managers who have moved into role without formal training.
• Technically strong individuals who now need to lead people, not simply deliver tasks.
• Organisations looking to strengthen management confidence, consistency, and performance.

Delivered across five workshop days, with a two-week interval between each session, the programme gives delegates the opportunity to build skills in real time, apply learning in the workplace, and return with greater clarity and confidence. A final half-day virtual review session helps consolidate progress and make sure delegates are equipped with new skills to make them more effective in their role. Please note that delegates must attend every session.
