Our planning & building standards teams realise that taking ownership of a new property or expanding an existing property is an exciting, if not stressful, time and they can advise you whether a planning application or a building warrant will be required for any proposed changes or alterations you may wish to make to the property. Please note that should a building warrant or planning application be required this should be in place prior to the start of any construction works.
