Are you currently not working and looking to boost your confidence and job prospects?

Join Access2Employment’s supportive 4-week programme, designed with local employers to help you develop the skills and workplace awareness needed for work, training, volunteering or further learning.

During the programme, you will:

  • Work towards a Qualifications Scotland Award: Self and Work
  • Build confidence and self-belief
  • Identify your strengths and skills
  • Improve communication and teamwork
  • Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Learn about workplace expectations directly from employers
  • Improve your CV and job-search skills
  • Prepare for interviews
  • Set realistic goals for your future
