Job Description:
Each six-month placement combines hands-on industry experience with structured training, workshops, and masterclasses. You’ll gain skills in brewing, pub management, finance, sustainability, HR, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Experience and Qualifications:
Final-year undergraduates, recent graduates (within the last two years), or degree apprentices. No specific degree discipline or grade is required. Experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential. Candidates who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to immerse themselves in a fast-paced industry.
