Salary: £35,786.40 per year pro rata

Job Description:
To undertake craft duties as directed by the Plumbing & Heating Co-ordinator/Supervisor To provide out of hours cover when required. To carry out the duties of an advanced craft Plumber and to contribute to the provision of an efficient and effective maintenance service. To undertake training as required. To comply with all Health and Safety and security procedures and guidelines. To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:
Time Served Plumber or 3rd / 4th year apprentice considered with full working knowledge of domestic plumbing & heating systems Working knowledge and suitably qualified to maintain, service and install gas central heating boilers. 3rd / 4th year apprentice SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent Current SNIJIB/Gas Safe Register Grading Card CCN1, including CPA1 Certification* CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 Certification Capable of working on own or as a team member Self-confident and self-motivated Full driving licence
