Job Description:
As our Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enriching life at Meadowvale. You will create engaging monthly programmes as well as tailored one-to-one activities that reflect residents’ interests, abilities, and individual care needs. From music and movement to arts, quizzes, crafts and themed events, you’ll offer variety and fun to promote wellbeing and connection. You’ll take time to build relationships with residents, understand their personal stories and work closely with all.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience planning or delivering activities or events in a community, care, or hospitality setting A warm, creative, and outgoing personality Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for making a difference to older people’s lives Previous experience in a care home setting is welcome but not essential
