Job Description:
You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.

Experience and Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For A creative, organised and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities A genuine interest in supporting older people Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in activities or a similar role is beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills from roles such as hospitality, events, childcare or community work are encouraged to apply
