Job Description:
Subcold Ltd is a dynamic and growing business within the online retail sector. We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Administrative Team on a maternity cover basis for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential for the contract to be extended.
Experience and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service focus
High level of attention to detail
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Familiarity with Google Docs would be advantageous
Knowledge of Linnworks, Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
A proactive and positive approach to day-to-day challenges
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Experience supporting a small team would be beneficial
