Salary: £39,749.84 per year pro rata

Job Description:
To assist the Plumbing & Heating Coordinator/Supervisor as required and be responsible for carrying out a range of Air Source Heat Pump servicing and maintenance works with minimal supervision. To provide Out of Hours cover when required. To undertake training as required. To comply with all Health and Safety and security procedures and guidelines. To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:
Full working knowledge of domestic air source (ASHP) heating systems (manufactured by Daiken, Mitsubishi, Nibe & Valiant) Full working knowledge of domestic heat recovery units Demonstrable proven experience as an ASHP service and maintenance engineer including diagnosis and defects knowledge City & Guilds - Level 2 Diploma in installing, testing and maintaining air-conditioning and heat pump systems, and/or Significant demonstrable experience in Inspection, servicing and maintenance of a range of ASHP systems. Ability to work safely on own initiative, unsupervised to deliver works to high quality in an efficient and effective manner. Self-confident and self-motivated, with the ability to make decisions and resolve problems within clearly defined parameters. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and Safe Systems of Work. Demonstrable knowledge of the requirements of regulations and standards relating to the installation, testing and commissioning of air source heat pump system (including) non-refrigerant circuits Full driving licence
