Job Description:
Carrying out the full range of domestic plumbing to current regulations on cold water, hot water, waste pipework. Installation of bathroom sanitary ware, radiators including pipework and control valves, cold water tanks, kitchen and bathroom appliances, waste disposal units, searching and diagnosing faults, repairing leaks. Weatherproofing roofs, pipes and gutters with lead, metal and plastics. To ensure all work is carried out, following safe working practices, risk assessments and safe systems of work and in compliance with the relevant health and safety regulations. To provide instruction, guidance and support to apprentices.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have satisfactorily completed a recognised apprenticeship in Approved Plumbing. Have a high level of health and safety awareness. Working Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, standards and codes of practice. Good communicator with good customer care skills. Hold a full clean driving licence
