Job Description:
Our staff arrange a lot of their own work schedules and the job entails everything from welcoming guests to servicing rooms and dealing with front and back of house regular and one off tasks. We're all multi taskers and we all pitch in doing different things at different times of the month and year. The job will keep you fit as we work over four floors in an historical environment. We do all our own laundry/ironing/room setting/room servicing/carpet washing/sparkle finishing etc and we have a large number of people through our door annually, all within a family environment. We do occasional events and functions and if we're closed the property still functions as a private house.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in 'housekeeping' is not essential as training is available, but if you've looked after a demanding family and home, you'll have many skills we need. Ideally you should be a car driver, with your own transport and live relatively near by where we are in semi rural south west Livingston. You should have a friendly outgoing personality with good social skills and enjoy variety and team work.
