Job Description:
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. Supervise and support team members in various roles including cooking and food preparation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the premises. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices to guarantee customer safety. Help train new staff members on operational procedures and service expectations.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and takeaway operations. Proven ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in food preparation is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
