Job Description:
In every restaurant, you'll find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant's results. This includes; leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our Assistant Managers are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction, along with bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment. You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high. Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. Financial Responsibility: You have experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets. Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team. You don't just manage; you develop people and identify future talent. Operational Excellence: You have a solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings. Flexibility: You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
