As the Assistant Manager of Innoflate Cumbernauld, you will support the General Manager and team in running a vibrant, fast-paced and fun inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ management/duty management experience An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Eligibility to work in the UK
