Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and empowering home where children and young people feel valued, supported, and able to reach their full potential. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll help lead a dedicated team that puts care, consistency, and positive outcomes at the heart of everything they do.
Experience and Qualifications:
Holds SVQ3 or HNC in Children and Young People Is working towards (or willing to complete) SVQ4 in Leadership and Management Has several years’ experience in residential child care Is confident leading and supporting teams, especially in challenging situations Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and being a positive role model
