Job Description:
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include: - Pre contract supply chain management. - Production and agreement of monthly client applications for payment. - Supporting the production of monthly cost and value reports. - Supporting the production of monthly site cost and margin forecasts. - Subcontract procurement and production of subcontracts. - Administer subcontracts and payment processes. - Supporting the identification and management of contract change process and procedures. - Close liaison with, and provision of assistance to all operational and support staff to enable overall effective management of a project.

Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally you have at least one year industry experience at Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor level. You will have recently graduated with your degree or will be working towards this qualification on day release. This is a business that will support with APC chartership. Skills & Knowledge Requirements - Experience in a similar role - Preferably Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant business discipline - Non degree holders should have a demonstrable record of success with extensive experience in similar roles - Good verbal and written communication skills - Excellent numeracy skills - Use of Microsoft Office applications – High level knowledge of Excel - Confident and positive - Committed and enthusiastic - Accurate and timely provision of information - UK Driving Licence
