Job Description:
We are looking for an Associate Technical Manager who will support the delivery of Technical and Commercial objectives by contributing high quality technical insight, data-driven analysis, and proactive customer support. This role works closely with our Technical Managers and experts to ensure consistent, high quality, bird performance and strengthen customer relationships.
Experience and Qualifications:
Knowledge of poultry husbandry gained through experience and/or formal qualifications · Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively · Strong problem-solving abilities; proactive and self-motivated · Team-oriented with excellent organisational skills · Competent in Microsoft Office applications Personal Qualities: · Strong problem solving and analysis skills · Skilled in influencing and persuading others · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Good computer skills · Well organised and self-reliant · High standards of integrity and professionalism
