Job Title: Audit & Services Team Manager (Community Pharmacy Scotland)

Job Description:
This is a key leadership role within the Audit and Services team, focused on delivering accurate, timely and high-quality services that support pharmacy contractors and national negotiations. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and priorities are met. You will oversee core department functions, ensuring enquiries, member services and internal processes are delivered consistently and to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and assurance. You will also drive continuous improvement across processes, and deliver clear, high-quality outputs and insights.

Experience and Qualifications:
You are an experienced manager with a strong track record of leading and developing teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work confidently with data to ensure accuracy and inform decision-making. A strong communicator, you can convey information clearly and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with experience in performance management and continuous improvement. A strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential.
