Job Description:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality standards are met. Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately using efficient serving techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Manage cash transactions accurately using the till system, including handling payments and giving change. Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully equipped throughout service hours.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety regulations is desirable to ensure compliance with health standards. Experience in serving drinks and managing cash transactions will be beneficial. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Good time management skills to ensure prompt service and minimise wait times for guests. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
