Job Description:
Full Time Supervisor: We are looking for a full-time experienced Barista or café supervisor to join our team at Whitedove Highstreet as a supervisor. Main Duties include a hands on role in the delivery of food and drinks and all aspects of customer service in the Café.

Experience and Qualifications:
Essential: 1. Minimum of 2 year in the café service industry. 2. Experience working as the head of a team in a café environment 3. Be compliant with appropriate health and safety, and food legislation. 4. Calm, positive and friendly attitude with an attention to detail. 5. Punctual in time keeping and reliable. 6. Must be able to work weekends. 7. Be willing to cover other staff members if they call in sick. 8. Good communication skills (written and verbal). 9. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: 1. Trained in coffee art
