Job Description:
Our coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.

Experience and Qualifications:
What we'll look for in you You are customer obsessed - you put customers first in every interaction You’re flexible, able to work across the weekends and evenings You have previous experience working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment You are a friendly, hard-working individual who loves to provide a joyful customer dining experience You are a team player who never fails to contribute and loves the satisfaction of a job well done and a smile on our customers faces
