Job Description:
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage and train bar staff, oversee food preparation and production. Ensuring high standards of culinary excellence, maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability Develop and implement innovative drink and food menus that align with customer preferences. Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to improve service

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment, with strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team. Excellent culinary abilities in food preparation and cooking, combined with knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Demonstrated hospitality skills to ensure guests receive outstanding service at all times. Previous experience in kitchen operations is advantageous, and familiarity with barista duties is a plus to enhance the beverage offering. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure are essential. Must have at least 5 years of experience.
