Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles within restaurants or bars. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. A friendly, approachable demeanour coupled with a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
