Job Description:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Develop and introduce signature cocktails and mocktails inspired by Indian spices, fruits, and flavors. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all drinks served. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to recommend drinks that enhance their dining experience. Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders when necessary. Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with management to design seasonal and promotional drinks menus.

Experience and Qualifications:
Skills & Experience: Previous bartending or mixology experience required (restaurant or cocktail bar preferred). Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail-making techniques. Creativity in experimenting with flavors and presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
