Job Description:
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase branch performance and market share
Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing sales activities, inventory, and administrative functions
Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, analyse data, and optimise sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and training opportunities, and conduct regular appraisals
Ensure compliance with company policies
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within builders merchant sector
Proficiency in CRM software similar platforms
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on operational efficiency
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities
Relevant qualifications or certifications in business management or related fields are desirable
