Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for two Branch Supervisor positions, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
As a Branch Supervisor, you will play an important role within the store management team, sharing responsibility for key areas of the business and deputising for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence. You will be confident taking ownership, supporting colleagues, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges while maintaining excellent customer and colleague relationships. The role is hands-on and varied.
Experience and Qualifications:
While previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, particularly within grocery or food-to-go, would be advantageous, we would also like to hear from candidates who have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working as part of a team.
