Job Description:
Carry out various wet trade repairs in line with job description– operatives will carry out additional tasks which are secondary to their primary skill base whilst the operative is plying their own trade including various building repairs such as plastering, roofing, roughcasting, groundworks, bricklaying and ceramic tiling.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have satisfactorily completed a recognised apprenticeship in a Wet Trade including Bricklaying, Plastering or Roofing. Have a high level of health and safety awareness. Working Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, standards and codes of practice. Good communicator with good customer care skills. Hold a full clean driving licence.
