Job Description:
To ensure all work is carried out, following safe working practices, risk assessments and safe systems of work and in compliance with the relevant health and safety regulations. To provide instruction, guidance and support to apprentices. To ensure that all instructions from Team Co-ordinators are followed at all times. To ensure compliance with all council policies and standing orders. To ensure that all certification and paperwork is completed fully and accurately and handed in timeously. To interact with customers and clients and ensure a high standard of customer care at all times. Deliver productivity levels in line with Building Services targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have satisfactorily completed a recognised apprenticeship in a Wet Trade including Bricklaying, Plastering or Roofing. Have a high level of health and safety awareness. Working Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, standards and codes of practice. Good communicator with good customer care skills. Hold a full clean driving licence.
