What will I learn?
If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy supporting teams behind the scenes, this role will help you build valuable administrative and organisational skills in a busy business setting.
On the Business Admin apprenticeship, you’ll:
• Provide administrative support across departments.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and internal comms.
• Support diary planning, bookings, and meeting preparation.
• Manage records and contribute to reporting processes.
• Help ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Eligibility
We are looking for young people who are passionate about building a career in customer service. You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to show evidence of a genuine interest in the sector.
Eligibility Criteria:
We work in areas where talent struggles to find opportunity, and so we are specifically looking for young people who were eligible for free school meals, or from areas of low educational attainment, or have faced personal disadvantage. To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
Did not attend a fee-paying school
Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers
We are looking for young people with a passion for learning and helping customers have the best experience. Maths and English National 5 qualifications or Foundation Apprenticeships in Scotland would be an advantage
