Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our International Sales team. This is a pivotal role focused on driving new business growth and expanding SA Equip’s global market share, particularly within the oil & gas and industrial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building and nurturing relationships, and achieving sales growth by promoting SA Equip’s specialist product range.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the oil & gas, industrial, or engineering sectors. Demonstrated ability to generate own leads, build relationships, and close complex sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset. Comfortable with global travel and working across different cultures and markets. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
