Job Description:
This is a new business, field-based sales role suited to someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating new customers through door-to-door B2B sales, while also developing and upselling accounts you bring on board. Following a structured training programme, you’ll be expected to deliver against quarterly targets based on annualised contract revenue. This is a results-driven role with strong commission potential

Experience and Qualifications:
A tenacious, driven and positive individual who enjoys hunting new business. Motivated by targets, commission and personal success. Comfortable working independently in the field while contributing to a wider team. Competitive by nature with a strong work ethic and resilience. Ambitious and keen to build a long-term sales career with progression opportunities. Proven success in B2B sales, ideally selling service contracts. Confident with door-to-door canvassing and appointment booking. Experience in telemarketing or outbound prospecting. Waste industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Full UK driving licence.
