Job Description:
Drive new business opportunities (20-30% of the role) and manage key client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers across sectors like Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, and more. Leverage ERP systems to track and manage opportunities, quotes, and sales reports. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit timely bids and quotations. Organise and attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Support the team with strategic insights, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded. Act as a problem solver, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in new business generation and account management, with a focus on growth and results. Experience selling into the commercial/Facilities management sectors with a good understanding of Building consultancy companies Experienced at selling services in a similar fast paced sales environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in face-to-face and phone interactions. Hungry for success and motivated to make a positive impact in your role. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving targets. Full UK driving license.
