Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing and onboarding new customers. You will work with a mix of self-generated leads and inbound enquiries, building a strong pipeline within your assigned territory or market segment. This role suits a commercially driven, field-focused sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term customer relationships

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven success in a B2B field sales or business development role, with a strong track record of closing new business. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and position value-led solutions. Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or a related B2B services
