Job Title: Business Relationship Manager

Job Description:
The primary objective of the BRM is to grow new and retain current referrals to the centre and to gain feedback from the veterinary practices on what services or opportunities could be improved in order for them to consider referring if they are not currently. The role will be working closely with the hospital Senior Leadership Team to provide business relationship plans for the practice to align with the business objectives to drive top line growth.

Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in building business support plans and possess strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. They will have a solid understanding of relationship management and experience working in a field-based role, ideally within a referrals environment in healthcare. Knowledge of how veterinary businesses operate would be highly advantageous, although experience within healthcare, service provider, or other relevant service industries is also acceptable.
