Job Title: Care Assistant

Job Description:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily routines and helping them live as independently as possible. Your role will include assisting with personal care, nutrition, mobility, and social engagement, while ensuring each resident’s dignity and wellbeing are always prioritised. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and bring warmth and positivity to every interaction.

Experience and Qualifications:
A genuine passion for caring for others Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude Organisational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential – we welcome those new to the sector and provide full training and support SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not required
