Act as the first point of contact for site issues and client feedback Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site presence Support recruitment, onboarding, and initial training of cleaning staff Deliver ongoing coaching and performance management Ensure all sites operate efficiently and meet service-level agreements Conduct site audits, health & safety checks, and ensure compliance Manage stock and consumables orders via our online system Monitor site budgets and staff timesheets Support HR with employee relations when needed Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement new processes Maintain confidentiality and promote company values at all times
