Transport Team Leader (Fishers Services Ltd)

Arrange vehicle and driver resources to achieve efficient collection and distribution of goods. Continuously liaise with production, service and helpdesk to assist in improving overall plant performance. Plan deliveries and collections as stock level dictate. Cover driver holidays \/ absence where required. As Team Leader duties will be minimal at the weekend some of these shifts will include delivering \/ collecting. Special deliveries\/collections as required within working hours. Carry Transport Department mobile phone during duty hours to respond to driver \/ supervisor \/ management and customer queries especially important at weekends.
