Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities/Key Tasks
Undertake food preparation, simple cooking, serving and clearing of food as part of a
catering team.
Preparation of meals to be transported.
The use of electrical equipment.
Follow cleaning routine determined by supervisor.
Set up and clearing of dining areas.
Experience and Qualifications:
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge
Previous catering experience preferred but not essential.
REHIS Elementary certificate required (This is not required prior to employment as training
will be given upon commencing post)
Other Essential Information
Willingness to work a flexible work pattern including evenings and weekends
PVG certificate required.
