Job Description:
As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our catering outlets. Together with the Catering Manager, you will lead and motivate the team, ensure high standards are maintained at all times, and work closely with management to maximise sales, control costs, and improve profitability. This is a visible, customer facing role, where no two days are the same.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in catering/ hospitality Passion for food and service and excellent food/drink presentation skiils Thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Smiley, friendly personality Confident in MS Office & Excel Adaptable and versatile Experience in managing stock/stock control Attention to detail and standards driven
