We’re now recruiting a Chilled Production Team Leader to oversee our chilled operations across a Friday–Monday, 4‑day working week. Experience and Qualifications:
Experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader, Production Supervisor, or similar in food manufacturing Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams Good understanding of chilled food production or fast‑paced manufacturing A proactive approach, strong problem‑solving ability, and excellent communication skills Flexibility to work a 4‑day week including weekends
